10 Ways to Feed Your Soul On A Weekly Basis


While self-care is something that should be happening at some point during every day of the week, it’s a healthy practice to try to goal yourself on carving out at least one day of the week where your energy and your focus is intentionally centered around doing what makes you happy, fills you with joy, and puts your mind and soul at ease. For me, that day is Sunday; unless I’m traveling or attending an event that I can’t get out of, I’m spending purposeful, reflective, and uninterrupted time feeding my soul.
